The Great Golf Experience
• Offer valid for stays from 1st May 2012 until 30th of September 2012

• Rates are per room, per night, based on 2 sharing a classic room - including breakfast, dinner, and a combi-ticket for the Ailsa and the Kintyre; rates are subject to availability
• Please note that your tee time is not confirmed until you have booked it with the Resort. You may call +44 (0) 1655 333 991 to make your tee time and restaurant reservations, alternatively you will be contacted within 24 hours of your booking.
• Non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is charged at time of booking
• If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival, 100% payment will be required

Longer for Less Summer 20 - 30%
• Offer valid for stays between 5th of May to 30th of September 2012
• Minimum length of stay for this offer is 3 or 4 nights
• Please note that a non-refundable full prepayment is required at time of booking
• Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability

Exceptional Group Rates
• A limited number of rooms may be available at these rates.
• Rates are available to groups of ten or more.
• Rates are available Sunday to Thursday from 1/9/2012 to 31/10/2012

Christmas & Hogmanay 2012
• All Christmas and Hogmanay reservations for 2012 require a non-refundable deposit of £250 at time of booking and full payment will be required by 31st October 2012. A credit card will be required at booking time.
• If booked before 30th of June 2012, a free night on the 23^rd or 27^th of December 2012 will be added to the reservation. Please note this additional night includes accommodation & breakfast.
• All rates are based on overnight accommodation in a Classic room and all prices include VAT at the current rate.
• Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.
• The Christmas, Boxing Day and Hogmanay programme is subject to availability and change.
• Turnberry reserves the right to change any planned entertainments or menus without prior notice.
• Children are classified as being 12 years and under.
• Two children in their own room are charged at their own room rate, a third child joining is charged at a sharer rate.
• The childrens charges also apply to Family Rooms, as this includes entertainment, food and beverage.
• Every attempt will be made to accommodate table requests for the dinner, requests cannot be guaranteed and larger groups might be split up over different tables. The reservations team will contact you closer to the date to make all necessary arrangements.
• You will be contacted closer to the date to make your golf, dining, spa, or outdoor activities arrangements.
• Please contact reservations to inform us of any dietary requirements, this will be accommodated where possible when contacting us prior to arrival.

Children’s All Inclusive Package
• The children’s all-inclusive package is for 12 years of age and under only.
• A young child, defined as someone who still requires a cot for sleeping in, does not pay any charges and does not get any of the benefits.
• When reserving a Family Package, the second room for children (entitled to the all-inclusive package) is offered at 50% reduction off the adult room.
• Children entitled to the all-inclusive benefits enjoy unlimited complimentary soft drinks and complimentary meals when accompanied by their parents dining. This does not apply to the James Miller Room, the Chef’s Table, in-room dining or consumption of mini bars.
• Children entitled to the all-inclusive benefits enjoy two supervised hours at the Wee Explorers Playroom per night. Inclusive hours cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability and opening times.
• Up to two children may share their room with their parents, the additional divan beds are charged at £40.00 each.
