Our specialist event planner will help you at every stage, from the initial room selection right through to the choice of menu. We can give your event a distinctive theme, including traditionally Scottish events such as whisky tasting or addressing the haggis. We can also organise private dining in one of Turnberry Resort's exceptional restaurants or in nearby Culzean or Cloncaird Castles.

As this is Turnberry, one of the world's most engaging resorts, you may like to add in a round of golf, an outdoor activity or Spa treatment as part of the experience. The Colin Montgomerie Links Golf Academy can also put together a corporate golf programme, including tuition and fun events such as nearest-the-pin competitions.

Caledonia This is our largest events space, capable of accommodating up to 200 for a dinner/dance or 250 theatre-style. A purpose-built venue, it also has a grand conservatory where up to 200 can enjoy a pre-event champagne reception or breakout coffee.				James Miller Room Situated next to the beautiful 1906 restaurant this completely renovated room is perfect for private dining. It would also make an exceptional venue for a board meeting.
Brown's Room Named after our legendary head green keeper and estate manager George Brown, this meeting room is elegantly located next to The Grand Tea Lounge and invites up to 12 people for private meetings and 20 of your guests for receptions.				Bruce's Room Quiet space overlooking the Ailsa Craig and adjacent to the Grand Tea Lounge. Available as private lounge for afternoon tea & coffee, light lunches and private functions up to 12 people.
Mackenzie Ross Located in the Clubhouse, overlooking the 18th green of the famous Ailsa course, the Mackenzie Ross is an elegant room, with space for relaxation and a balcony with quite exquisite views. Ideal for private dining or board meetings, it can host up to 16 people in supreme comfort.				Gallery Room With a capacity of 80 theatre-style and 60 for a private dinner, the Gallery Room is another fine venue in the famous Turnberry Clubhouse.
