The James Miller Room offers an intimate and elegant dining experience. Here, the emphasis is on locally sourced ingredients, prepared and presented with a tireless dedication to craft. The room itself is a subtle blend of contemporary design and original features; a highly crafted ceiling and grand fireplace paired playfully with deep red chairs and dark wood. On the table, crisp white linen and simple table settings keep the focus firmly on the food, rich in colour, full of flavour.

Sustainability for Turnberry is about maintaining the respect of the land, sea and sky around us, without compromising the needs of future generations. Belief in our produce is our main objective when creating our dishes. Focussing on flavour, texture, mouth feel and then presentation is what we strive for when connecting with our guests. The James Miller Room follows a policy on sourcing fish sustainably. All fish is purse net caught; shellfish is line farmed or crail caught; scallops are hand dived and wild fish is caught locally or caught from certified fisheries.
