Chakra Balancing with Hot Stones

1 Hour 50 Minutes

Skin brushing, exfoliation and an ESPA facial cleanse begin the treatment. Warm stones are placed along the chakra centers and also in the hands providing warmth and comfort to key energy centres, the body is massaged with blended aromatherapy oils combined with hot stones which are used to deliver effective tissue and muscle massage at a pressure level comfortable to the client. This treatment ends with a deeply soothing head massage to relieve stress from mind and body.

Holistic Back, Face and Scalp Massage with Hot Stones	1 Hour 50 Minutes
A stimulating and deep cleansing back exfoliation is followed by an intensive back massage using volcanic hot stones and aromatic oils to melt away tension. The personalised ESPA Facial then follows which concludes with a stress relieving scalp massage. The result is re-hydrated, revitalised skin, a cleansed and powerfully massaged back and a sense of deep relaxation.
