The Chef's Table - Pure indulgence at the heart of the kitchen

Accommodating up to 10 guests, The Chef's Table is located right next to the open kitchen. Enjoy unrivalled views and observe great culinary magic while Head Chef Ralph Porciani personally guides you through his cooking methods, the provenance of the ingredients and how they come together creating the perfect dish.

The chef and his team will immerse you in the culinary world of Escoffier, a legendary French figure at the turn of the previous century and one of the most important leaders in the development of modern French cuisine. Each experience at The Chef's Table is unique as the menu changes according to the seasons, what the market provides on the day and the chef's choice of local ingredients. Signature dishes include hay smoked Scottish lamb, wild sea bass with lobster medallion & Mornay sauce and Ginger Brulée Brioche and will be carefully married by the head sommelier with a selection of fine wines.

The Chef's Table at Turnberry is available seven days a week for dinner. A minimum of 8 guests are required, except on Thursday when the chef invites individual guests to his table. This is a perfect evening to mark a special occasion, birthday, anniversary or corporate event. This bespoke epicurean experience starts from £90 per person.
